I was just starting to get frustrated and upset...when all of a sudden I looked up and saw the Universal Roadside Assistance truck pulling up beside me to lend a hand. I hadn't even called for help, but Curtis saw me struggling from across the parking lot and came right over to offer his much-needed help. He was so kind and helpful, and he got me back up and running in only a few minutes. I really, really appreciated his help on such a bad morning--he totally saved the day! I can't say enough good things about my experience, and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much Curtis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get a truck home yesterday, and was recommended to Universal, so I gave them a call to pick it up.. I have to say, the driver Clay(Truck #25) was extremely friendly, and very professional, even with the weather we were having his truck was absolutely spotless! after going with universal I highly recommend anyone who needs a tow or roadside assistance to give these guys a call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My box truck had an issue while I was fully loaded with a customers belongings, and Ryan truck 111 showed up quickly after i called him and saved me in a time of disaster, because of him I was able to transfer the load and get my job done. Ryan was very professional and was a pleasure to do business with. Pricing was very fair and I will definitely use his service in the future, I would recommend him in a heart beat. He also helped me resolve my truck issue as it had to be brought between mechanics. 5 Stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to leave this review for some time now and have been trying to recover from my injuries.
Last week, I got in an accident at the base of the Skyway and was stuck sideways, just before midnight, in the middle of the fast lane, in pouring rain with oncoming traffic racing toward me.
By the grace of God, a tow truck was there within minutes, along with the kindest OPP officer. They got me safely into the tow truck and took me off of the highway.
This is not the part that is amazing, it's the part where I panicked and wanted to call CAA because of all the bad things you hear about towing companies.
This AMAZING gentleman, Clay, and the OPP office (....don't know if I'm allowed to mention his name but will amend if I find I can.) rolled their eyes at the "less than stellar" responses from my insurance company. He then, took my phone and, respectfully, explained that he could have a rental car there in shortly so I could continue home to the GTA.
When the insurance rep relented and the rental company didn't answer, Clay took me to the place, got the car out and started to pack my car's contents into the rental(in the rain) while I filled out the paperwork in the cab of the tow truck.
He gave me his number so I could text him when I got home and followed up with how I was doing the following week.
This company is for real!!!!
Just a true blessing!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitch from Universal Roadside Assistance may well have saved my life... he rapidly removed me & my shattered Saturn from the left lane of the highway after a collision. He explained and disclosed everything, very professional & genuinely compassionate. Made a bad morning a lot better.
