★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In disrepair. Needs serious work on the ramp to be usable.not open to the general public and best to look elsewhere to launch and get your boat in and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zero stars I would. Although the docks are new, the management is irresponsible, unresponsive and only present during the summer months. Booked our boat in but management never gave us parking passes, access to the garbage or toilets to start. When our finger lost power, I called and left multiple messages of which I am still waiting on a response from.
Marina is not protected from storms unless your boat is small enough to be docked all the way by the ramp.
The cherry on the cake came during a winter storm when the marina and many boats where heavily damaged, ours included....no one even bothered to call and let us know...we only found out thanks to the local news station.
If you like paying top dollar for no service, intermittent power, an unprotected dock space and enjoy dealing with your insurance company, then this is your spot. Otherwise stay away.
