L	Luana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be OK. This week we went in and it was a different waitress. We asked for breakfast specials 1 and 4. She says "I don't do numbers just tell me what you want". Pretty sure I just did. When we told her she should know what the specials are, she doubled down and told us that her computer doesn't have the numbers, she has to put it in differently. That's fine lady, but don't put the work of figuring that out on your customer. It's your job to figure out your systems. So rude. We will not be going back. Bad service on top of OK food = not worth the time, there are other breakfast places in town.

We had put our menus down and we’re waiting to give our order. In the meantime two more tables were seated and orders were taken from them while we waited to give our order. Waitresses were cleaning tables and visiting with some men, (they knew all their names). We finished our coffee and sat waiting for 15 more minutes with no one taking our order. We got up and left. We will never go there again!

This franchise is a sign that Sarnia is growing and attracting big business. Support this business as it will employ at least 20-40 people. Their food is fantastic!

Clean, bright atmosphere, professional staff, high quality food! Only drawback is the lack of doubled entry doors resulting in a rush of cold air when people come and go with the doors opening directly to the outside!!

Shout out to Lisa who’s been my server twice in a row and very tentative, polite and kind. She’s such a hard worker and does a wonderful job. I’ve been in a few times already and the breakfast is just delicious. I look forward to coming back and looking forward to another delicious breakfast.

The staff was friendly and hard working at all times. However, after three coffees, we were getting upset at the delay in delivering our food. The staff assured us it would be coming shortly. After almost an hour wait it was finally brought to our table. Our order was simple, eggs, bacon and hash browns. I have never had to wait that long for such a simple order, and this is a place that specializes in breakfast. I certainly will never go back.
