★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and told them I had a 12pm appointment, was told to sit on the brown chairs and I would be collected. Waited for a full half hour when the masseuse came up to me surprised to see me, no one had told her I had arrived. Extremely disappointed in the customer care up until that point. At least offer me a glass of water if you’re going to make me wait that long for a pre booked appointment. That being said Maria saved the day. She was kind and polite and apologized for the delay. The massage was great it felt like it lasted for 2 hours (60 minute hot stone massage). I thanked her at the end as she was the only positive experience to come from the establishment. It was a loss of business as I would have stayed for a manicure and pedicure had the prior service not been so atrocious. IF I ever return to this establishment it is purely because of Maria and her wonderful care. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is due to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8th street location is my favorite. Didn't give 5 starts because sometimes their hours are weird and it isn't always updated on Google so I would drive across town and they would be closed. Otherwise friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Groupon for a hot stone massage. Long story short Sunsera redeemed my group-on without me using it.
The person I bought the groupon for cannot attend the massage, therefore I asked if I could use it on myself. Sunsera told me no as I had already used a massage there from groupon previously. they told me I need to get a refund through groupon. Upon contacting groupon, they informed me that I cannot get a refund because Sunsera redeemed my groupon even though I never used it. When contacting sunsera over the phone multiple times the secretary could not give me a straight answer and had terrible customer service. She stated “you have to talk to groupon again, I don’t know how to fix this, I don’t have experience” I explained multiples times that I cannot get a refund as they redeemed my groupon. When asking to speak to a manager, they told me over the phone that the manager would call me back and that the manager “isn’t in for a few days”. The manager has not called me back. Sunsera is responsible for me not being able to receive a refund as they redeemed it without the service being used. It is sunseras responsibility to notify groupon that the service has not been used. I paid for a service that was not received and this is due to sunsera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a groupon from them and they used broken chairs and did not provide the full service that was promised. At first, my friends thought that maybe the service is just not great quality. But after giving them a call to book in my parents, they told me they dont even have the appropriate equipment to provide the service. When I told them that my friends went to them a couple days ago they said they would talk to their manager and give me a call back. I figured we would give them a second chance to redeem themselves but I called them 4 times to remind them of this incident and never got a call back from the manager. Never going to be doing business with a company that scams their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had numerous laser appointments canceled last minute by their staff due to issues with the laser machine. Sometimes when I showed up for my appointment, I was told they weren’t able to honour my appointment that day. Very frustrating to get all the way there and find out your appointment can’t go ahead. When I spoke to a manager about my frustration she promised to look into compensation for me. I have since left half a dozen messages for her and have not received a call back. Extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have needed to have my nails done in order to strengthen them. I recently moved back to Saskatoon and did not hesitate to return to Justyne to have my nails done on a regular basis. I am able to set appointments without issue and have had great results each time I have my nails done. I would recommend her to anyone!
