Upon realizing I would be out of town a few more days than expected, I called Pratik and asked to help get my prescription filled. He insisted I would be fine until I came home. I was dillegent, asking a few times in disbelief as I take blood pressure medication, also medication for my nervous system. He proceeded to insist I would be fine. I came home went to Sunrise. His first reason was that I have went periods of time in the past without medications ( different medications ). Secondly he then came up with the reason to save me money( a 14 dollar difference for me, loss of 100+ in sales for him). After that wouldn't suffice, he proceeded to educate me on how the pharmacy industry works. I would have needed to ask the other pharmacy to contact him.( Why couldn't this be shared over the phone?). I asked the question if he had done the professional ethical and legal actions, would he have made the sale?. A customer walked in and he started raising his voice saying he didn't know I would be going thru withdrawals( I take blood pressure for a 200+ heartbeat), conveniently as customers were walking in. That was dirty Pratik. As you lay your head on your pillow I want you to know that I know the truth and look forward to rectifying this situation.
M	Millie M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use them for both pharmacy and their UPS services. It’s a family business and everyone is helpful and kind. I have had them as my designated UPS drop off (for a fee) but I feel better knowing important packages are safe and handled properly when the need arises.

Greeted by name and a smile when I walk into the pharmacy, making me feel recognized and comfortable. Great family buisness. Informative, and willing to answer any questions I have. Always quick service. prescribing pharmacist available, with exceptional hours and availability. Always feels like the pharmacist goes above and beyond for his clients. Very kind, and lovely staff.

The pharmacist was talking to another patient on speaker phone of his cellphone while administering my shot and they were discussing her conditions which I believe was highly inappropriate and should have been a private conversation. Couple months later when I got my second shot (at a different location), the pharmacy had informed me that Sunrise did not enter my first shot into my SK health account, therefor there was no record of me getting the first shot in the first place other than the paper card I received. The second place had to manually enter the information based on the card. I will not be back here after two incidents of either inappropriate or unethical practices.

Everyone there is super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. 10/10 recommended them for all your prescriptions. They even do flu shots/covid shot too!

The male pharmacist administering the vaccine DID NOT change his gloves after giving another person a shot when I walked in, for the half an hour it took for him to actually get around to administering my dose, and not even while preparing my vaccine needle. He was incredibly unsanitary in doing so and raised my concerns of health safety for the public to say the least. Additionally, I purchased extra strength Tylenol after my shot and the woman at the till advised me that for "maximum effect" I could take 2 500mg pills every 4 hours up to 4 times per day. After reading the box, she was correct. But that is an insane amount of acetaminophen for menstrual pain (she DID NOT EVEN ASK ME what I was taking it for). I will absolutely NOT be returning or recommending. The pharmacy staff need to review basic health care regulations it would seem.
R	Robyn Fraser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy, and the people working there are great. They are a small, personal store that gets to know the folks they meet. They go above and beyond in every situation where it is needed. From on phone and personalized advice to actually going to the store 2 hours early to accommodate me in an urgent situation-I wasn’t even a patient of his at the time. I am now a regular patient, my prescriptions are ready quickly every time they are due, often ready without having to call. If there have been concerns with any of my medication, Pratik and his colleagues, have been quick to notice and remedy the problem. I truly cannot praise this family owned business enough. If you need a pharmacist, Pratik (spelling-apologies), is who you should meet.
