S	Steve G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous facility, nice staff but what they do is suck you in (your elderly loved one) to stay there and after a few months, they will extort you you by saying they need thousands of dollars more in monthly expenses. It went from being $8500 a month to $13k a month. Don't support these private enterprise sharks, support the public system. We took him to a public facility that was far cheaper and they handles him far better. Only downside, no cats roaming around to pet at the public one.

It has been our family's privilege to have our father reside here for over a year. The staff are genuinely concerned with his well-being, and treat each and every resident with compassion, dignity and respect. Prior to admission, The Sunrise Team provided our family with a customized, Comprehensive Care Plan to address my father's emotional, social, physical, medical and memory care needs. To ensure ongoing premium care services, my father's fluctuating daily care needs are closely monitored, and regularly reviewed by the Team. Staff are receptive and responsive to our input/feedback to modify care interventions at any time. The Sunrise Team warmly welcomes our family's active involvement, and we are delighted to be considered part of the "Sunrise Family."

Rosie went out of her way to make this difficult decision and move as painless and easy as possible. Mom settled in quickly and is more mentally engaged and energized than she has been for a long time. Heartfelt thanks go our from our entire family to the wonderful and caring staff -- all of you!

My loved one was well looked after, she was safe and had a better quality of life than if she had stayed in her home. I lived in the next province and I finally had peace. They were always open to communication they send pictures, cards and always responded to me by email or phone right away. The 3 floor truly is incredible and Amanda was a real gem to help get organised and to help move out at the difficult time.

We can’t say enough about the quality of care overall, and the warm and friendly attitude of the staff towards all residents, particularly those who have become problems for various reasons. We feel it was very fortunate for my wife to have been safely settled in Sunrise during the past 16 months of the Corona Virus pandemic. It may not be inexpensive, but was worth every penny.
