โ โ โ โ โ This it second time I did not get right help that I try to get help from the front desk to reach my friend Mrs. Powell, who lives there. She told me the reason she was by herself so she canโt help me.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are amazing and they truly understand how much a simple smile and hello means so much to residents and families !
Housekeeping is consistent and work with residents on how โthey like things doneโ .
Food is always good with off menu choices and room delivery at all meals!
Recreation from exercise class to movies are a great mix of taste , not just assuming everybody over 70 wants to watch old shows only . Art class is my friends favourite .
In this time of COVID that are doing a great job of keeping people are safe โค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ If your family member can live on the Independent living side, then Crofton Manor is fine. Do not have your family move into the Assisted Living side, especially if they have Dementia. The staff are not trained in this area. They are rushed & abrupt with the residents. Communication with administration is poor. Residents are left alone for hours in their rooms. Emergency call bells are not answered. Staff are often absent, resulting in casual staff, which is very difficult for the residents. My relative required "minced" food (finely chopped), not "pureed". Communication with administration & food services did not help. Attached are photos of meals, which no one would want to eat. Strongly recommend not moving a loved family member into Crofton Manor. I post this to hopefully prevent another family from experiencing the heartache that we went through.
