First it's a text that says "Hi, sorry about the mix up. I just spoke with the guys and we could possibly do the move around 1:00 today if that helps at all."
Now it's "not sure why you were under the assumption".
If you need a move, go elsewhere. Dates and times are a mountain too high for these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys showed up on time and did a great job. Worked fast and carefully and were very friendly. The problem was the bill. They charged me for an additional 2 hours for travel from Parksville, plus gas which upped the bill by 50%. Their advertised location was Courtenay. This travel from Parkville was never mentioned in the quotation! We negotiated it down a bit but still, left a bad taste in my mouth. If you work with them be sure to get all up front costs from Parksville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and professional service in all respects. Moving is stressful, as we all know, and you're never quite sure what to expect when the movers arrive. Will my possesions be handled carefully, will they arrive safely, what will the people handling the move be like, and so on. Especially so when you are not familiar with the company. We were not familiar with Sunrise and chose them based soley on online testimonials, and hoped we made the right choice. The crew arrived promptly on moving day and it didn't take long to realize that we had made a very good choice. We were soon at ease as we watched the friendly crew handling and loading our possessions. They were professionals and it showed. Everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition with equal professionalism, and enthusiasm, exhibited during the unloading process. A very smooth operation which really helped relieve the stress. Five stars is not enough, really a 10 star move.

The staff were competent and fully capable of fulfilling our needs and deadlines, they followed through with all the guarantees they gave to us.
I would highly recommend them to any small business needing to relocate and intend on using them again when we expand our business further. We will also be having them move our employees to various new locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to arrange a move for the next day, from one storage locker to another, and Tamara fit us in. She was so lovely on the phone, and Bill and Brandon went above and beyond today! They were on time, super friendly and efficient. Brandon even took the time to wipe down our tables and chairs for us. Everything was more organized when we landed in the new place than it ever was before. I would highly recommend this company for your next move!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extermly professional, respectful, punctual and incredibly efficient! I was shocked at how fast these guy loaded up my whole house and even helped me take my TV mount down and back up in my new place. It was also a lot cheaper then I was expecting. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
