I still think it is a 5 star but let people know that the early 1030 till 1 swim on Saturdays does not include the water slides. My daughter was really looking forward to it and was upset.

Wave pool, water slides, children's play area as well as lap pools, sauna, steam room and hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Thursday, it was so noisy, you couldn't even hear yourself think. It used to be an adult swim but now it's a "16 and over" where they don't check ID for age and they act like 4 year olds yelling and screaming. It was the least relaxing it's ever been. I have put in a suggestion to bring back the evening adult swim and perhaps even have a 55+ evening. If it continues to be this loud and noisy, I will not be going there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say that while I enjoy the pool, and all the activities here. Their lack of information about drop in schedules are sadly lacking.
Its family day and I got all my kids and a friend each together, go and get lunch, wait for a bus that never comes, to call a couple cabs, pile everyone in, just to get there and find they are closed, and there is no schedule on the building either, I hope in the future that the staff will have consideration for the comox valley patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very surprised to see so many reviews saying friendly staff as that has not been the case for me. Each time I've gone there they always seem like having to answer basic questions or helping in general is a huge nuisance. The pool itself and the lifeguards once you're inside are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool. Great staff. So friendly and helpful. Plenty of lifeguards always on duty. The change rooms and facility in general is always very clean and organized. They've got a sauna, steam room, hot tub, wave pool, lane pool and 2 waterslides. We always have a great time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always friendly at the reception and the lifeguards are great. I take kids there for work and they have been nothing been so helpful and understanding over the past year. I just wish the sauna and steam room were open and that there was more info online about when the slides and diving board are open. I also miss the larger waves they had in the wave pool from when I was a teenager. Apparently too many kids getting injured, but would be fun to have it during the adult swim.
