★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up until a few years ago it was a affordable place to live.now they are just stealing pension money from the elderly.lot rent has gone up every year for the past few years twenty or thirty bucks now they want $150.00 during a pandemic..to fill thar pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sherry is the trailer park manager and she is absolutely awful. She is rude and unhelpful. My deepest sympathies go out to anyone forced to deal with her. She is in charge of sending out property tax information to the city when a trailer is sold but she will not do it. My guess is she's probably too busy eating bonbons. New greedy company has purchased the park. They have dramatically increased lot rent and introduced a contract full of ridiculous terms most of the home owners here can't meet. If you try to sell your home they make it almost impossible going so far as to require criminal background checks on new buyers (which is illegal under PIPA). They also take forever to do mandatory inspections and the other insane hoops they require for the sale of your home.
