★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 55+ community with studio, one and some two bedroom units. Well maintained by Bethany. Resident social clubs in each of the 3 buildings, lots of things to do. Income sensitive rental rates. Good transit routes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in Kanerva for 1 year now. This was told that this is a non smoking building, ex cept for the grandfather clause. People come in, lie and there is lots of smoking in all these buildings. You complain and the management does nothing. People come in here to live comfortable, some have asthma, copd. This does not help with the amount of the smoke in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While apartments are nice there is a black dust that accumulates from the air ducts. The person I visited has a person living beside them that is constantly loud and even sometimes knocks on there door in the middle of the night. Nothing has been done about this issue due to the fact the manager is often on "Kenya time". As for a locked secure building we were let in randomly by a resident in the lobby.
