The team was very professional and went over all my outlined concerns, they were right there to provide answers or walk us through the process. In addition the team utilized a photographer who took superb pictures and video. My house sold sooner than others in my neighborhood. The timeline to sell my house was critical due to me moving for a job. I would recommend Sunny and his team and will only use them if I return to Calgary.
m	mr. fireball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a worst experience as a buyer regarding a property which was sold in April 2022,and the possession date was on 2nd May.The seller did not clean the house properly inspite of reminding the seller's realtor(Sunny Banipal&Gary) multiple times by my realtor. The property had multiple damages which was made by seller especially there were holes and dents on the walls all around house. The property was totally different from what we saw, it was never presented in a proper way on the possession date. It is a 4000 sq ft house including basement and now the seller/realtor/ their lawyer is not ready to either repair or compensate for us even after providing proof. Now we have to sand the walls and repaint all the walls not just that switches, door handles were broken too.Its brutal to put everything on buyer which is costing another $6000+ to repair and repaint the house. I am definitely going to fight this in the consumer court and sue the seller. So dear buyers be careful when you buy the property from such realtors, they are just there to make money they don't understand the emotions of a person who buys their dream homes. Please make sure you write every condition on the contract its your hard earned money so choose wisely. If there was any rating below one i would have given that.
