She was very patient and spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the process itself and in regards to the available properties and providing tons of info, pros and cons in regards to them. Now, we are thinking in downsizing, which means we need to sell the house and buy something smaller. She is, again, supporting us with the process even when we are not clear if it is the best decision now. Her selfless recommendations and advises are helping us to make the decision. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Johanna was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

As brilliant as Johanna is at selling a home (sold within 4-6 weeks), I don't know what I would have done without her through the process of buying. Johanna is incredibly knowledgeable about the many facets of Real Estate. I was able to reach out to her at any time for answers and she talked me off a ledge many times when dealing with lawyers, lenders or just unknowns about the process. When I reached out to her when we knew we wanted to buy, she met with my husband and I and after set us up with the Maxwell App with our narrowed search parameters and we were instantly informed about houses that fit our criteria as soon as they went live on Realtor.ca. I don’t know that without the app and Johanna’s client focus and dedication that we would be in the home we’ve always wanted. Our home. I have and will continue to recommend Johanna to family and friends. She is truly wonderful.
