I bought several LED motion lights. 1 stopped working and started flashing. I contacted the company and got a response back very quickly. They asked what the issue was, a copy of the receipt and a video. Within minutes pf sending this information to them, I received a response that a replacement was being sent. I have had no issues with my other lights and was extremely impressed with their customer service.

Had a couple of issues with solar lights purchased from Costco not working with the remotes. Andrew Henry was awesome working through the problem with me and sending out the replacement parts. System works great, thanks to his assistance.

I have several Sunforce motion-detecting lights on my property. When one failed after about 18 months. I contacted Sunforce for help. Andrew was very courteous and helpful. He had me do a series of tests on the sensor, and when it was determined to be non-functional, and I sent him the purchase receipt, he immediately offered to send me a replacement unit at no charge. Now THAT is good customer service! I have not yet received the replacement (it has only been two days since his offer to send one to me), but given the company's positive response so far I have no doubt that I will receive it in a timely way.

Very happy with their service! We bought a brand new motion activated light from a private seller, but it was missing a crucial bracket. We attempted to return the item without success. We then called the company to request another bracket. Andrew Henry was gracious enough to send us complimentary bracket at no cost to us. Thank you Andrew and thank you Sun Force!

Director, Product Management left me hanging with no support on my malfunctioning lights. Weeks of emails and no resolve. He just eventually ghosted me. What happened to standing behind your products. If someone higher up at Sunforce wants the email chain, I still have it. See for yourself.

Great experience replacing an old solar panel for a sunforce light. Fast delivery at a time of supply chain problems and labor shortage. Makes me want to explore their other products

I recently purchased two solar operated string light from from Costco by Sunforce. One string worked but the other didn't. When I contacted customer service they immediately sent me a replacement after asking few questions. Andrew was great! The light was the perfect addition I needed to brighten up our patio outside!

Don't waist your money! I purchased a Coleman 25w solar charging kit a few months ago. The controller would not cut out. I returned the product figuring that it was a defective controller. I purchased the product again last week. This controller cuts out at 13.8 volts not at 14.2 (but this is acceptable). The problem is that this controller does not cut in at all, even when the battery was drained to 9 volts. The only time it would start charging is if I disconnected the controller to the battery and connected it again. Do they not test these products before sending them out? I am very displeased with the 25 w system. I purchased a Coleman 40 w kit from Canadian tire back in 2014 and the controller still works perfect (cut in @ 13.15 v and cut out at 14.32 volts). I purchased a Coleman again because I was very happy with my first Coleman product. I contacted Sunforce (Sunforce is the worldwide exclusive licensee for Coleman energy products) regarding this issue. They told me that they would send me a new controller. The new controller however didn't work properly either. When it charges, the amber light does not stay solid. It flashes indicating trouble. It was charging the battery, however it was overcharging because it would not stop charging even past 20 volts. I had to take it off my battery because I was afraid that it may damage my new battery. I reconnected my old Coleman charge controller (which worked fine since 2014). I am back to where I started; two solar panels with one good charge controller. I have contacted the company twice after I received this controller. They have not responded. It seems that they have ghosted me. Had they tried to contact me in order to fix the situation, I would have been happy. I understand that in production, there are devices that may be defective. I have zero respect for a company that doesn't stand behind their products. I won't be buying another Coleman or Sunforce product again! P.S. For those people who have bought these systems, make sure that they are working properly (ie cut in, cut out @ the right voltage), because you may harm your batteries!
