★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never buy there products again. First they are very arrogant and do not value customer services. The owner was rude and dismissive. I emailed them several times and call several times and no one tried to reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am taking their B-12 with Folic Acid and B-6. It is in a fast absorbing liquid form. Tastes great and is GMO and gluten free. I am even happier to note that it is from a local Canadian company. Bought this at Roots in Maple Ridge. Will continue taking it, and will look for more of their products.
