In a word – yes! Window film is quite durable and can be cleaned with water or any of your usual window cleaning products. However, we do have a word of caution – always wait at least one month after your film was applied to clean your windows. While it is quite secure immediately after application, the film does need some time to cure depending on temperature, humidity, sun exposure etc. Once it’s cured, the only thing you need to remember is: don’t scrub your windows with anything abrasive! Use a cloth and remember to tell your window cleaning company (if you use one) that the windows have film on them so they don’t scrub with anything hard. Sundown Solar makes an excellent cloth that cleans without streaking using only water – send us a message if you’d like one!

Everything from window tinting to his signature ToyGuard paint protection film. Scott shows the most attention to detail and really cares about the longevity of the vehicles paint and corrosion areas. He always mentions all the little spots I wouldn’t think to protect.
I am a firm believe in you get what you pay for. Any place can use a bulk roll of 3m and cut it on the car but there’s no way I would ever risk that and have someone cut into my paint. Scott laser cuts his clear shield protectant for the make and mode of the vehicle so that no cutting needs to be done on or near the paint.
Is almost 40 years experience really shines and it’s always a fabulous experience, I’ll never send any of my customers elsewhere

I got the Bronze medium tint installed on all top floor west facing windows. He is meticulous about his work. He takes pride in the service he provides to his customers.
The difference the tint makes is incredible. Our air conditioning would run for hours on end, just to keep the upper floor comfortable. Now, because of the tint, I would bet the a/c runs once an hour, if that. It probably reduced the temperature on the top floor by 4 degrees on a super hot day.
I highly recommend Scott!
