★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tool I rented had a common breakdown which was not due to poor maintenance, but I was left without the tool I needed on a Saturday at my cottage in the middle of nowhere. Called into their after hours emergency service & Len had a replacement ready for my wife to pick up on her way up to our cottage. That's what you call awesome service!
