★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed last time. My jacket and coat were not cleaned at all. Unfortunately, i didn't check on my stuff right away when i picked it up, only reviewed at home. My clothes are still dirty after cleaning. Will not recommend that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a one stop shop! The owner's are wonderful. I get my clothes hemmed and dry cleaning here and only here! :-) They treat me like I'm there number one customer. Lol! I know I'm not. Haaaaa! P.S. it's also a corner store and you can get keys cut and passport photos here.... One stop shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my nobis jacket to be dry cleaned as I was trying to sell it and they completely destroyed the fur on my hood. They said that they would take it off when cleaning, but the inner wire came back mangled and twisted. I made the mistake of not checking when picking up my jacket and when I returned to try and get it fixed, they completely denied doing it and blamed me for damaging the jacket.(i returned 2 hours later, so the notion I did that to my hood is insane) I managed to get them to attempt to repair the fur, but they couldn't and gave back $95 when the hood cost 150 to replace. They said it was a kindness of them to try and repair the hood and giving me money when they couldn't.
Overall service was terrible and they just don't seem to care about there customers. Not to mention the guy I talked to on the phone was very rude. Safe to say I will not be going there again.
If you do go there, don't make the same mistake as me and check for damages before taking your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my comforter in for dry cleaning but after 3 weeks when I went to pick up they didn’t clean at all it’s still in the used bag and soiled. I told the lady to send it for dry cleaning. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was very good! The owner was polite and kind enough to tailor a number of garments in several ways for a fair price of $90. I've never been able to get that amount of adjustments done anywhere else for the same price. After reading others' reviews about damaged garments, I'm very confused because I had a great experience here. My suit fits flawlessly now and has no damages on it whatsoever. Will definitely be returning here with more untailored garments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Bad service. Sent a jacket for dry clean. It is dirty when I picked up. The old lady said that she told me when I dropped it off. Excuse me! It was a young lady when I dropped it off. Always always blame customer.
