★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summit kids are very negligent with who can make decisions for people's children. They don't seem to check or verify who the legal guardians by law are which is very worrying. I got cc'd on an email from Summit Kids whereby a complete stranger was claiming my children as their own and making childcare decisions for my children, all without my knowledge, and Summit kids was corresponding with this person. Email correspondence had been going on with this stranger making decisions about my children's childcare without their legal guardian's knowledge, on an account where I will be responsible for paying for whatever decisions are made.
When I called them alarmed, they refused to respond to my email inquiries and basically tried to make their negligence a custody issue in a bid to push the blame to me. No apology or explanation was offered as to why this very serious lapse in security happened.
Very scary and very disturbing! Perhaps, photos should be included in this review since they are trying to say it's just a custody issue.
They have been provided with a legally binding custody agreement for a few months now which clearly states who the legal guardians are. (To be continued)
