m	michael driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a park to take our RV to for a weekend and discovered Waterways RV Resort on Big Rideau Lake. We had a great weekend there with friends in summer 2021. The park is under new management since 2019 and is a hidden gem. It is a little smaller than RV parks we are used to but they have a few transient RV sites and the rest of the park is a mixture of RVs and park models for seasonals. They have a small but lovely beach and docks and there is lots to do in the area. One suggestion would be to make the dumping stations a little easier to access. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and we are considering buying one of the park model trailers they have there because we love the area so much. We spoke to a lady named Jennifer who was very helpful and we hope to be back there in spring.

Our sales representative was Austin and although he was extremely busy he made sure we were attended to throughout the purchase. He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He made this experience seem easy and hassle free. All our questions were always answered throughly and in a timely manner.? Thanks again, for your great customers care. I definitely recommend buying with Summerhill Resorts.

Understandably there was much intrepidation as we’ve had the same owners as long as we’ve been in the park. Well, I must say, our Park Manager is friendly and open to suggestions as we’ve needed improvements to the park for years. In all fairness, It’s only been one season, but already we’ve seen the beginnings of upgrades and plans to turn this park into a 5-star trailer destination. Many thanks to Cynthia for making us feel at ease (change isn’t always easy), and for doing a good job smoothing out the transition between old and new. We love Bruce’s Landing, and I know it will only get better!
D	Deb South on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out Tracy Williacy a sales rep I prefer moved to Duck Lake. So I went to check out the resort. By far my favorite resort that we have toured. Atmosphere is laid back, people are friendly. The lot sizes are the biggest I've seen. There is a nice beach at the lake and plenty of green space to use. Definitely a park setup for friends and family to enjoy. I will recommend checking it out for yourself.

Right from start to finish, Austin was there to assist with all the questions. As you can imagine, I had a lot. He understood what I was looking for and directed me to exactly that in a very short time. We did a 2nd showing to finalize the lot and I had my builder son-in law and daughter with who had even more questions. Austin is very professional but also easy to talk to and understand all the rules and regulations! I can’t wait for May 2022 to start meeting my fellow cottage owners!
B	Bill Curtis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially we were worried when we heard Summerhill had taken over but they have been honest and helpful from day one. Yes, with any new business there have been learnings but Summerhill have made a positive impression on the park with new sports court and they improved the waterfront and started to address issues with some campers who repeatedly broke rules. Our rates did go up but if we are honest they were low for many years and at least we can see where the money is being spent now. The manager has been awesome and is always happy to help. Our trailer is about 10 years old and they've told us we are good for many more years but they did ask people with much older trailers (over 30 years old I think) to replace them before next year to keep the park looking good and I guess some people are unhappy about that but so far we only have great things to say about our dealings with Summerhill.
M	Mike Laba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first Season over and can't wait until next May 1st. Spot, Park, and People are incredible and Cynthia, Mike and Shane make your stay wonderful. Lots to do from Dart nights, Bingo Nights and monthly events which great for families. I highly recommend this place and just wanted to follow up from my first review as we found our spot that we wanted for our retirement. Dunnville nice town with lots of stores and if you don't want traffic jams and 4 hours going north this place is perfect. Lots to do in summer from nice beach to boat launch to just going for a walk or nice Golf Cart ride around park. Sunsets are spectacular and truly blessed to have found this spot and looking forward to many fun and happy years!!!

The staff understood our deep ties to Lilac Lodge and gave us every opportunity to stay in our prior location , as we were given first choice for our spot and resort cottage choice. Any times I have needed to ask Chris a question, he has promptly answered me in a respectful and friendly way. And what can I say about Austin? He’s simply the best! Always available and willing to field any questions or concerns I have. He made our experience so enjoyable and much less stressful than it could have been. He is amazing! Thank you to Summerhill Resorts and the entire team for our incredible resort cottage!
