I have been using this brand consistently for two years now. I have tried others and always return to the uptown mink and naked bond adhesive. The FASTEST shipping I have ever had as well. I usually recieve my order in one day if I order during the week. Great service and products.

Ordered two sets of lift kits for our salon. When they arrived we noticed the expiration date was in one month which was mildly irritating. Went we used the first treatment the consistency of the gel was off and it didn't quite set right. We opened the second kit to find the solution had exploded and leaked. Obviously we contacted customer service. The rude and almost distrustful response was rather shocking. They refused to send replacements until the others were returned, received, and examined. So I guess we'll just wait and lose business until they arrive? No thanks. We'll go elsewhere.

I purchased the Lash Lift 360 course online under the impression that the lash lift kit was included with the price in October 2020. The website's description led me to believe that there was several features included in the cost of the course, the kit of course being the most important. No where on the website was there a statement that materials needed to be purchased separately. The purchasing options did not include the kit, making you think that everything is bundled together. I had to provide detailed shipping information and the receipt said shipping was free, of course making me further think that I was receiving a kit. When I got no confirmation email about it a week later, I contacted the company online to see when my kit would ship out. They explained that the kit was a completely separate purchase, even though it was listed as being included with the course. I asked for a refund and was denied by 2 customer service reps and the so-called "academy". I was offered a $50 gift card instead. The kit separately was over $200!! Luckily I had paid with PayPal and filed a dispute with them. The company did not contact me back via PayPal for over 4 weeks. I had the option to escalate to PayPal and did so. I received my money back thanks to PayPal now, 4 weeks later. If not, I would be out $195 for a course that I bought under false pretenses. Their website has now luckily been updated with a slightly more detailed description, stating that the kit is indeed separate. This company is shady, sells their products with a bait and switch, and refuses refunds. I will not be doing further business with them.

Great product, I've been a customer for years, watched the business grow and develop into what it is today. Accumulated lots of loyalty points, things changed points where no longer able to redeem. Accommodation to customer serve was poor, though I had a lovely gal online chat who helped me, I will still charged for shipping on EACH INDIVIDUAL item. There has to be a way to think "creatively"or "a little outside the box" to satisfy customers, and there was the disappointment. I don't think on a $10 item I should have to paid $17 for shipping. Be creative Sugar lash, keep loyal customers happy!

Half of my setting solutions would not pump Out of the bottle. I called to ask for replacements and was told I couldn’t receive replacements as they had changed their packaging again?? The expiration date on the bottles is not for another year. They refused to offer a refund and the only solution was free shipping for new product. This is of not help as I operate in the same city as them and this is the second time I’ve had to replace their product at my cost. Never again, I’ll be using HYVE beauty from now on. How disappointing when you try to support local.
