Have various ice cream flavors my friends loved it. we came from alberta and tried this ice cream shop first time, hospitality was friendly and amazing by the new girl who was just hired by the owner. we were here for 3 days and everyday we had ice cream from sugar shack. Best in town!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream here is from Foothills creamery. They had under a dozen flavors ranging from lemon-lavender to strawberry. Not artisanal but affordable. Kids and adults enjoyed it alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Birthday Cake Ice Cream Cone and also a Rocky Road Ice Cream for my mother. We both enjoyed it especially on a hot summer day! Very delicious, cozy vibes, and as well as a very clean and spacious place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: there are no waiting lines for ice cream, contrary to most ice cream shops nowadays. Con: there are good reasons why there are no lines for ice cream. Waffle cone was small and bland, the ice cream (both flavors) was full of ice chunks, and the double scoop was more like a kid's size (see picture), which I wasn't too sad about given the poor ice cream quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on my way to Vancouver from Calgary, and desperately looking for a coffee. It was the late afternoon, and I was glad Sugar Shack was still open. When I walked in the store I was greeted by the very sweet and friendly lady (the owner?), and I ordered a cappuccino. The coffee was ready in no time and I got the caffeine needed to continue on my journey.
The coffee was obviously prepared with great care and heart. The milk was frothed to perfection. The only hope I had was that the espresso was made with a lighter roast coffee bean. The espresso underneath tasted like a typical office coffee which was burnt and bland. A better coffee bean would match the store's name as it will provide even more sweetness to the cappuccino,
I wish I could stay in Revelstoke for longer and try their ice cream and other sweets, as they looked very attractive. Next time when I pass by Revelstoke, I will be visiting Sugar Shack again for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream is so creamy. Clearly delicious. We got a vanilla affogato. Deeelicious. And a chocolate caramel. Very decedant but just right, not too rich. We scared everything down before we took pics. Nice but small eating area outside. Candies inside.
