★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best selection of sugar free products I've ever seen. Worth driving up to Red Deer from Calgary. Fantastic and friendly staff/owner, and they also have a frequent shopper card that will earn you discounts when you purchase a certain amount (stamp card).

Very large selection of items ( I was impressed ) but the owner/employee ( lady who works there ) is very very anal about everything, cant even open the freezer to view an item u have to view it from behind the glass until u decide to purchase it?!?!?! ( I was told to put it back and close the door until i'm ready to buy it ) Selling expired products ( with signs stating they are expired )
No prices and from what I've purchased from her compared to prices at other stores ( even chain grocery stores ) her prices are atrocious !!! I couldn't believe how much I got scammed , if it was worth my drive all the way back I would have demanded my money back! I will never go back - id rather use amazon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the selection of products for those of us looking for low carb options. My issue with the store is the owner, I am presuming. I have been into the store several times but each time I am made to feel stupid, I am grilled and questioned and told what part of the store I am allowed to shop in. Does she not want my business? None of the products have prices labeled on or in front of the product so I've spent hundreds of dollars not knowing what I paid for what. I get no itemized printout receipt so I know what have have spent my money on. I don't know if she just makes up the prices at the till as she goes along. I personally want to know what I'm about to pay and decide if it is worth it to me to buy it while I'm shopping. And also to be left to shop without the bullying questions. I'm there for my health, I'm not stupid, I know how to read labels, and if I want to buy something what's it to her? This is a store right? I'm not trying to be rude but as a consumer firstly I want to know what the price is going to be upfront. Secondly, I want a relaxed shopping experience not one where I feel like I'm being bullied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in this shop. The staff makes you very uncomfortable, watches your every move, and there are no prices on the items. Asking the price is embarrassing to say the least. There are some good online low carb shops in Canada people. lowcarbgrocery.com for one. I won’t be back.

A store that caters to Keto dieters in Edmonton !? I’m there .
The lady that worked there was super friendly, supportive , and absolute sweetheart . She told me about her freshly baked cookies and cupcakes that are keto friendly and thought I would it a try .
They honestly taste better than anything you can buy a Sobeys or superstore .
I couldn’t believe their selection. The service and options they have will satisfy anyone .
Thanks for treating me with the upmost respect . Will be back in next week .

Visited sugar free and more a few times while there on holidays, found many good/useful products and find ordering from Savanna and their free shipping and discount on “bulk” buys a real pleasure. Once because of a postal strike, my order was delayed, Savanna was very accommodating and helpful with tracking information etc. So even the “bad” experience was handled professionally. Really appreciate that their selection actually is better priced than Amazon by quite a few CDN$ too. Good little shop all around.✅???????
