★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this company on Marketplace, had been given many other quotes by others as well. Based on his reviews and promp replies, we decided to give him a try. He then seen the truck in person where my husband pointed out problem areas, we were assured they would not be a problem! Later that day I got a text dating it was complete. 2.5 hrs.
I was asked if I'd mind etransfer as hec would not be there to meet due to another job he was attending. We got there, we're given the keys by his step dad, instantly noticing the above pics. My husband called him and were told he was only there for the beginning of the cleaning, his GF had done the rest! He apologized and agreed to a lesser amount. We ONLY paid this as we took into consideration he maneuvered his schedule Around ours and the carpets, and some other areas were suffice. I would not expect anyone to do any work in this heat for free.
However, a few days later we noticed a terrible smell, like moldy water. My husband contacted him, he agreed to come to us on the Monday to see for himself. Well, he never showed, blocked our messages and removed his FB page from MP. Sadly, guys like this give small businesses a bad name :(
