β β β β β Wasted our time, got our hopes up that we could recoup some of our loses following a slip and fall in a restaurant while I was 30 weeks pregnant that landed me in hospital unable to walk for 22 days. Mr Lamont asked to meet with us again just 2 weeks before the 2 year deadline and when we questioned why, his assistant told us Mr Lamont is not willing to use his resources for my claim (restaurant being in Hamilton as well) and I should seek out a lawyer in Brantford. He was willing to waste our time and gas just to have us go there to tell us he wasnβt representing us after it was HIS firm that recommended we file a lawsuit!! In case you werenβt aware Mr Lamont, you are NOT more important than anyone else.

We contacted Lamont Law and they helped put our worries at ease. Erica Lamont handled our case and advocated for my Motherβs rights. Erica took the time to visit my Mother in the Hospital and at home. Erica helped us navigate the legal world so my Mother could focus on her recovery. We contacted Lamont Law when our son was critically injured in an automobile accident. Michael and Erica Lamont met with us in hospital during a tremendously distressing time, and helped ease our fears.
