This place used to be great, then new management took over. It feels like they are activley trying to discourage people from using thier facility. Unfriendly service, no internet. They removed all the free reading material and disconnected the television. Very dissapointing.

Management is rude and won't take lower then a quarter to exchange for loonie and don't even have a change machine. Drying is cheap and effective but washing is overly expensive.

Great service. Fast and efficient, but sometimes it cost me double for the same or similar amount of wash. Depending on the staff member.

It is really too bad there is not another laundromat in town. Half the machines don’t work, maintenance and cleanliness is lacking severely. It closes at 8:30 but they put the closed sign up at 7:00. I cannot wait to be able to use my own machines again, I feel bad for people who have no choice.

Been going here for years on and off when needed. Always been a huge help having places like this around but the new owners ruined it. Rude, and inconsiderate staff make you want to leave as soon as possible and even consider just drying at home. 15 mins in a dryer for a dollar. Not worth it unless you have small amounts. Old owners were super nice and so sweet. Definately knew how to run the place unlike the current ones. Do your laundry at home or go to JJ's.

The machines all work well, including the dryers. The washing machines are quite expensive though - especially the front loaders. The premises are really run down and grungy, and the chairs are sticky. When I handed the attendant a 20 asking for change for the machines, she looked at me like I had a nefarious plan and wanted to know how many loads of laundry I had and which machines I'd be using. They all take loonies so I'm not sure what the suspicion was all about.

I don't use laundromats frequently but found this place very expensive.

The staff/managers on site were nice. It seemed like everything you needed was available although I brought my own laundry detergent/softener. Clean enough, probably could be a bit cleaner but I dropped a couple socks and didn't worry about it. There's no chairs or tvs due to to covid, so I sat in my car outside with my dog. Some other patrons had lunch on the picnic table outside. My clothes smell good, so I'm happy. It's been a while since I've been to a laundry mat but I've been RVing through BC and needed to do some laundry. $3-$10 wash and $1 for 15 minute dry. I'm not sure if the $10 washing machines are actually worth it and hold 3x the amount of clothes, but I'm sure you'll find what works for you. If I were to do it again I'd probably use two smaller machines instead of one big one. The dryers are industrial sized and dried my double load pretty thoroughly in 30 minutes. I would go here again but I have heard better reviews from Creston or Trail's laundry mat and will likely try my luck there.
