★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a BJJ class here after a long, pudgy time away from it and got hit with some pretty heavy heat exhaustion. The instructor, John Cole, was very accommodating and went above and beyond making sure I rehydrated and recovered.
I really appreciated the hospitality here, especially as a first impression. Definitely a safe establishment that keeps and eye out for it's students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have trained at Sudbury MMA on multiple occasions while visiting Sudbury. John is an awesome BJJ instructor and his higher belt students are always willing to help you out. Overall, the club has developed a culture of mutual respect that encourages everyone to improve. I will certainly be training there again next time I'm in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and clean facility. Tons of mat space. I went to an open mat for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the people are kind and knowledgable. I will definitely come back and train here next time I’m in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Kickboxing workouts ever if you like punching and kicking! Seriously, it pushes you to develop your full range of motion and frankly there isn't another workout like it. Great coaches who will push your fitness level, if you push yourself.
It is a respectful environment as well as family oriented. All of your training needs under one roof. It is a well run club and is organized.
