β β β β β Terrible service. They couldnβt even get the simple job done on my skirt. When I went back and asked to fix it, they got so offended and threw my skirt back to me and told me to go somewhere else. Unbelievably rude... Never go there.

β β β β β The owner is sooooooo rude. Started yelling at me in his language because I parked in front of the store. I actually meant to bring dry cleaning to this place but left after he SCREAMED at me for parking in front (it was a parking spot designated for customer). He seems insane!

β β β β β THE BEST IN THE GTA!!! I have been to several drycleaners this one is by far the best...Most of the "chains" will outsource these amazing people do it all on site. Its run by a Husband and Wife that really care they have NEVER been unable to get any stain out and the prices are very reasonable. Trust me try them once and you wont go anywhere else!!!!!!

β β β β β Actually horrible customer service. The owner started yelling at my wife while she was just asking if the down jacket could be damaged during the cleaning. He threw the jacket back and asked us to get out rudely. Worst service ever. We will not recommend anyone to come here.

Does this mean the surveillance camera in the store right now is not real? If it yes real, it should capture the owner throwing the jacket back to my wife and yelling at her. If in fact the store was loud, it still does not change the fact that the owner "yelled" at my wife as a customer, especially when the store was actually not loud. Not sure which lady you're referring to or if the store has a reputation for poor service, hence many people asking questions. My wife's jacket has only been worn for a month early this year, that's why she was concerned as it was her first time getting it cleaned. She did not even finish her question before the owner started yelling back. We would never set foot in this store again or recommend this place to anyone needing dry cleaning service.

β β β β β They were able to remove red nail polish off a white dry clean only shirt. Was so impressed! Also came in for alteration on a shirt that needed to shortened in length. It was a simple alteration and I had no complaints on the job. My go to dry cleaner and alteration place!

β β β β β A racist gentleman with no sense of running a business and extremely rude. Choose this place only if you want to get the clothes ruined or having someone not keeping to their commitment. I made a mistake of trusting this guy and taking him to be a man of his words, which he clearly is not. I would say rather give your clothes to a charity than having to waste money leaving behind a bitter aftertaste. I gave this guy a call that I would be there in 10 minutes just leaving my office and within 2 minutes I receive a call and the man is shouting at me that we have closed and won't be accommodating your request because it is been over 10 minutes. I told him I would be there in 2 minutes and he again started yelling at me for that. I believe that is not a customer service I am entitled to, pay money and stil
