โ โ โ โ โ If i could give a negative rating i would. I went to get a sub and the lady working there was so rude. She didnโt greet me, didnโt take my order properly and kept ignoring me. She was the only one working there. I then called after wanting to ask what that her name was, when the lady picked up she said her name was Manpreet. I asked if there was anyone else working she said no. I told her I didnโt appreciate her service and her lack of care, she said okay thanks. She then started speaking in third person. She said the other girl has attitude problem, everyone who visits the store says that. She said that she is a manager but i cannot do anything. I asked her again who she was referring to because there was no one else present in the store. The lady then hung up, i called again and she said okay, i donโt care, thanks for your feedback and was telling me to hang up. Honestly, the experience was horrible. I would never visit this location. Will definitely be escalating to head office.

โ โ โ โ โ We are currently in a stay at home order due to COVID so there is no space to dine in, however the service was friendly, the gluten free bread is excellent and it was very quick. All public health guidelines are followed to the best of my knowledge.

โ โ โ โ โ Very friendly staff, close to my home, and they know how I like my sandwiches. Once, one of them saw me coming into the store, and they started prepping my sandwich. That's what I call service!

โ โ โ โ โ Most Subway restaurants deliver consistent sandwiches but it's the service that is so appreciated at this location. The team behind the counter are always friendly and pretty much know our orders. This is easily my favourite Subway location.

โ โ โ โ โ Im regular customer to subway. Never faced such aggressive and unprofessional treatment.
The staff is friendly but the manager (bal) was really rude and aggressive. I felt unwelcomed honestly i will never visit this branch again. I know maybe they don't care but i have to leave my review maybe subway management will see my reviw and provide her a customer service training.
