★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad/pathetic service. Went in there today to get some sidekicks & the Indian girl (tattoo in writing on 1 arm) was so rude. I asked for only some jalapeños on my sidekick & she refused. She threw away 2 perfectly good sandwiches, i even told her I would buy them, still didn't comply. She totally didn't want to be there. Hope the owner realizes this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is generally subpar but this location almost everything from the bread to the veggies looked like they had been stale. Even though it's not busy I think you should be throwing out the stuff that's going bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in this plaza and every time I get subway from here. Very good customer service from others but there is a guy, looks like 24 old and a bit overweight. He didn’t even had his name-tag on and very very poor service by him, he don’t even know how to communicate, how to serve. I’m so disappointed by his service. I’ll also upload a picture how he made my wrap. I was so polite and I was taking three different orders. He got fed up. Is this his customer service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Dec30, 2021 at about 7pm, my wife tried buying a couple of sandwiches for my 2 younger kids.
The server wasn't following proper hygiene protocols. He was wearing plastic gloves to prepare the sandwiches and handling cash at the same time. My wife saw that and when he tried preparing our kids' sandwiches without changing the gloves, my wife requested him to do so, but he said that the gloves he had available in the store didn't fit them (!!!???)......This is ridiculously unbelievable & unacceptable.
As soon as my wife told me about the above, I just told her that we should go somewhere else which is what we did.
I hope this review helps future buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even during the covid-19 pandemic. My daughter and I have received ,fast friendly service. Plenty of hand sanitizer very very clean building and appropriate seating for the 2m social distance necessary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway, eat somewhat "fresh" at this location. Been coming here for years and the quality and freshness of ingredients is always hit and miss. Mandeep dosent particularly enjoy making you a sandwich either.
