★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly and this is an average Subway shop. Staff may want to review their Food Safe information from time to time as a minor infraction was spotted and was immediately reported to the staff member who was preparing our food. Food safety doesn't come naturally to a lot of people, but it is a scientific discipline describing handling, preparation, and storage of food in ways that prevent food-borne illness.

I love the way they memorized their customers sandwich, I don’t need to tell them what i want.
Just show your face and they will make your regular sub in secs.
Really great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother always told me that if I cant say anything nice, not to say anything at all; so I hardly ever leave negative reviews... However... I stopped here about 9pm one night passing through the town to get a sub. There was only one woman working and she refused to add bacon to my Montreal steak sub because its "against her religion to touch pork". This woman shouldn't have been working alone if she cant make all the products. Sorry for the negative note along with the review, but you need more employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely get any toppings and charged a fortune for more toppings. Hahahaha the subs definitely do not even come close to resembling the ones in the picture. Wouldn't be so bad but it's pretty expensive for minimal food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever is getting their flat bread and foot long online order right now, the worker repeatedly went back and forth between your sandwiches and the tablet screen and the ingredients with the same pair of gloves, so i kindly said you should not be touching someone's food and the tablet with the same gloves. That's discusting. She did not care. I will never eat at this subway again and to the worker who ignored our repeated complaint... shame on you. Shame on subway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not excited to have to buy some fast food today in College Heights during my what felt like all day shopping errands, but to my surprise I had the best Subway experience in atleast 10 years! The place was clean...I haven't seen a clean subway in this town especially the hart it's grossly dirty. But my favourite part that led me to writing this review was when I asked the young lady if she could cut my bread the old way for my meatball sub, while looking at me puzzled and saying no, this sweet lady named Margarita come out from the back saying oh yes yes dear I can do that for you! She proceeded to show the two girls making sandwiches and her mentorship and customer service skills were outstanding!!! It was so nice to see in this day and age. The young lady who made the sandwich for me actually was trying her best as a "sandwich artist" which seems to now be nonexistent! I asked later on what that kind lady's name was from the back and she said oh that's Margarita, our manager. Well way to go Margarita, you are doing a great job!!!

The manager Margarita (or something close to that) came out of the back to show her worker how to cut a sub the old style way. Pretty rare to actually see any 'sandwich artists' left at any Subways.Her location was clean and the staff were friendly. Great work. We will be back
