★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis coeliaque mais j'ai pris un risque en venant manger ici, j'ai demandé le pain sans gluten et j'ai dit a la gérante que j'etais allergique et elle a prit la peine de mettre des nouveaux gants avec un papier neuf, et elle m'a offert des légumes sortis de la boite! Vraiment un bon service je vais revenir c'est certain!!! Gérante Leina ?
 I am celiac but I took a risk by coming to eat here, I asked for the gluten-free bread and I told the manager that I was allergic and she took the trouble to put on new gloves with a paper new, and she gave me vegetables out of the box! Really good service I will come back for sure !!! Manager Leina ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un soir vers 19h30, je souhaitais commander 2 trios panini. La demoiselle m'a avisé qu'elle avait fermé la machine, mais qu'elle était encore chaude et qu'elle pourrait l'utiliser pour les paninis. Pourquoi fermer la machine lorsque l'heure de fermeture est 21h00? D'ailleurs, celle-ci a mentionné la même information à 3 autres clients dont 2 sont partis sans commander et un a décidé de prendre autre chose. J'ai donc décidé de mentionner qu'il serait une bonne idée de rallumer la machine, car il semblerait que les demandes ne soient pas terminées (aucun changement de leur côté). Par la suite, une autre employée m'a répondu qu'habituellement elles ferment à 20h00, à ça j'ai répondu qu'il restait justement encore une bonne demi heure. Enfin, la 3e employée à la caisse, bien qu'elle fut gentille, m'a simplement donné un sac lorsque j'ai mentionné prendre pour apporter au lieu de mettre elle-même la commande dans un sac (C'est son rôle non?).
One evening around 19:30, I wanted to order 2 trios panini. The girl informed me that she had closed the machine, but it was still hot and she could use it for paninis. Why close the machine when the closing time is 21:00? In fact, she mentioned the same information to 3 other clients, 2 of whom left without ordering and one decided to take something else. So I decided to mention that it would be a good idea to turn on the machine again, because it seems that the requests are not completed (no change on their side). Subsequently, another employee told me that usually they close at 20:00, to which I replied that it was still a good half hour. Finally, the third employee at the checkout, although she was kind, simply gave me a bag when I mentioned taking to bring instead of putting the order itself in a bag (This is his role not ?).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il est 17h30, pas beaucoup d'affluence et pourtant la zone de préparation des sandwichs est dégueulasse. Il y a probablement les restes des préparations de toutes la journée. Il y a en plus des mouches à fruits sur la vitre au dessus des légumes. Ça ajoute des protéines mais en dit long sur l'hygiène. Je veux bien qu'il faille donner du boulot aux jeunes, mais bon sang, assurez-vous qu'ils sachent ce qu'est la propreté. Ce n'était pas comme ça avant.
It's 5.30 pm, not much crowded and yet the sandwich preparation area is disgusting. There are probably leftovers of all day preparations. There are also fruit flies on the glass above the vegetables. It adds protein but says a lot about hygiene. I do not mind giving young people jobs, but damn it, make sure they know what cleanliness is. It was not like that before.

If I could have put 0 stars I would have done it. If your restaurant is closed at 6 a.m., why can't I be served at 5:50 a.m. ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from out of the Montreal area to shop and decided to come here. A few of the staff arent wearing hairnets and i found a hair in my sandwich... The salad was also really old looking. Also dropped a bread and didnt switch gloves when he picked the bread off the floor.
