Subway

Really nice Subway in Fraser Lake! Really nice and clean( very important on my list on! Nice location, perfect place to grab lunch on the go. Looking forwards to dropping in and taking an order of all my0m to go, in the warmer months coming!

Smelled like a freshly smoked joint when i walked in. The lady consistently forgets what i order..i go often..and have to remind her what im getting. Seems dazed and confused but very friendly. The young gentleman in there is great! Fast and super helpful.

Fraser Lakes Subway is decent. Depending on who is working, the environment is typically chill and inviting.. there has been a time or two when the music was way too loud we could hardly hear the girls taking our order. Some times they close early, (winter hours) and they arent posted on line. Over all, its decent.

I travel a lot. And Subway is a good place to get a decent, reasonably healthy meal. This particular Subway stands out for its Service, Friendly Folks behind the Counter, and the great sandwich making. Some Subways ration the ingredients to the bare minimum. This Subway is generous with all ingredients. All the while having a friendly conversation. Excellent place to eat. I've recommended that they turn on the Tip option at the till as I wouldn't mind at Tipping at this place.

Extremely clean, friendly and cozy. The subs were also delicious, as usual.

Great food, clean tables, good employees, will come here again.

Not impressed. Few weeks ago Online hours said open till 10. I showed up at 10 to 9 only to be greeted by a young guy saying "If I lie to you and say we are closed will you leave?? " I said "I'm sorry excuse me?" And he repeated it laughing. I said "I thought you guys were open to 10?" He said no they close at 9. So I said "okay ill leave sorry I didn't know" He said "no no no don't leave!! We are still open I can make you a sandwich". So I asked for my order and they didn't have the bread. He said "umm how about white?? I also can't toast it" and started laughing again. So I said nevermind and I walked out. Then today i went in around 2 PM and nobody was in the store. I waited for 10-15 minutes, called to the back. The store was unlocked but no staff was there so I left. I've worked customer service most of my life until recently so I totally get how frustrating it is when customers come in close to closing. The issue though isn't the store hours it was the young guys appalling behaviour. If he was polite about it I wouldve left no big deal (i even tried to leave but he said to stay). His behaviour was horrible. I did speak to the manager the next day about it (ive never asked to speak to a manager before but the staff are amazing other than that one employee, so i figured the owners would want to know) and owner was good but then today I waited in an unstaffed store for 10-15 minutes. I try to support local and all the other staff have been amazing there which is why I went back but really not impressed.
