It isn't servers' fault, they seem to be running all over the hotel trying to serve multiple store fronts while customers sit there waiting. Some of the staff seem to stand around letting the others do all the work, and that's always a management problem. Edit: better on subsequent visits.

(And bc of that we have been back again another 2x in the last month) Reasons I loved it: 1) it was quiet so it made for a relaxing environment 2) the service was excellent, professional & yet fun and down to earth. 3) The food was amazing! Will be back again soon!

However, the table was taken by another group and when we inquired, the waitress stated that the other group said they had a reservation but did not confirm the name. As such, our group of 10 (some from out of town) were forced to scramble to find another place for breakfast. It was a major inconvenience. Very disappointed.

The r bistro is a lovely environment, a beautiful restaurant. Has an upscale feel without upscale prices. Fantastic attentive friendly service, Food portions were generous and delicious. We immensely enjoyed both our dinner and our breakfast. Thank you to the chef and staff!

I ordered the Benedict classic which is their name for eggs benedict. It was absolutely fantastic, some of the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. The shredded hash browns were literally done to perfection. My only complaint would be the ham was in lunch meat style I prefer the thick cut style but honestly it still tasted delicious. I cannot speak for their lunch or supper menu as I have not tried it yet but if it's anything like their breakfast I'm sure I will be thoroughly impressed. Our waitress was very polite and kind. our table was huge lots of dudes and everybody was served promptly with a very positive attitude. Will definitely be coming back.

Disappointingly, we had to sit in the bar. Several food items were not as advertised; no pepperoni on children’s pizza (they were out of pepperoni) taco salad huge but mostly lettuce and 2 shrimp in the midnight fettuccine. Food was tasty but some improvement needed
