★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location several times, and I'm finally giving up on it. They are so skimpy with the toppings, which makes a huge difference, especially when you're getting a veggie sub. They space out the cucumber slices and tomatoes, where as most other subways overlap them. I got so few olives that I had to ask if she could please add more TWICE...and even then I still didn't have as much as they give on one pass at the Lakeshore & Cawthra location. The whole sub ends up just tasting like bread. I will stay away from this location in the future.

He should learn how to interpret instructions.
Will not go there anymore after today. Was a longtime customer at that location.

Before you even go into the store you'll notice massive weed overgrowth on the side of the building and crumbling tiles that have shattered all over the sidewalk and are never cleaned up. Inside the store the experience doesn't improve. It's rarely clean (both the floor and the food areas) and the some of the staff make it seem like you are bothering them by being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could rate a Zero coz 1 star is too much for this horrendous place.. worst customer service ever! The guy making my sandwich was behaving as if he was doing a favour on me.. I smiled n greeted him however he looked at me as if why am I even there.. i said he was being so rude n if he had a bad day n guess what he said “if u have this much problem then leave” IMAGINE? This place needs to be closed seriously! Such a Shame!
