These guys are open late at night but they’re giving old stale Cinna buns with fresh toppings on it. They were hard as a rock but Cinnabons is 5.8 km away. I Call the store and I’m told the Cinnabon was made over an hour ago… So basically they admitted that They didn’t make a fresh Cinnabon when they got my order they gave me an older Cinnabon with the requested toppings . I’m definitely calling head office tomorrow. $42 after Uber fees and this is what they give?

I tried Ghost Kitchens for the first time. I called and asked to order a Tazo Bubble Tea - Dulce De Leche Milk Tea and they said ok. When I got there they said I had to place an order at the kiosk or online. Wish they had told me that when I had called, instead of me waiting in my car for 10 mins for them to make my order as they had told me. I paid $7.49 plus tax for a 16 oz Grande size and I couldn’t taste the tea, it was just full of syrup/sugar. Even the cup was super sticky! It was sickening sweet and the pearls/bubbles were overcooked and super soft. I couldn’t drink the rest of it. I couldn’t leave a 1-star review on my texted receipt. Wish my first Ghost Kitchens experience was better.

Shout out to the people who decided that putting a beavertail sideways in the delivery bag so all the toppings and whatnot spills all over the packaging was a smart idea.

I should have known better than to think that this model could produce decent food. Ordered indian pakoras/samosas, both of which were supposed to come with sauce and didn’t. Without the sauce, they were inedible. The samosas were also so greasy they honestly felt like they had been sitting in cold oil for an hour. I also ordered a pecan Cinnabon which came with NO PECANS! Never again.

Came here once and never again. The food is all overpriced, low quality and prepared poorly. I can't see why anyone would ever give this place 5 stars. Seems like the whole place was built as a way to scheme Uber Eats customers into thinking they're getting brand name desserts.

Absolutely garbage. After choosing my food on the oversized screen and paying $65 for a sub, 10 pierogis, 2 slushies and a single slice of cheesecake I had about 45 minutes to look around. This place is so dam cheaply constructed it’s not only embarrassing it’s insulting. I was thinking that ghost kitchens may have been some kind of revolutionary idea but since I’ve now been I can see they have totally missed the mark. It’s a complete gimmick, they have shoved 15 different restaurants into one location and I was stupid enough to think that the food would somehow come out good. By the time I did receive my food the sub was hot but the pierogis were cold, in fact I was able to pull the entire dish out of its box while it still held the shape of the box. The staff was friendly and I’m sure doing their best the problem is not with them. The problem is with the cheap construction, and the overall terrible idea of a ghost kitchen. Note- to the owners, please don’t reach out to me with your apologies and an offer to make it better, unless you are offering a FULL refund.

Here at 5am and they are closed. Drove here for nothing. I should have read the reviews before coming. I'm also glad I didn't order anything. Based on all the reviews here, feels like a rip off. I won't try giving them another chance either. I called their phone number and it's very unprofessional. No voicemail, no hours, nothing. I'm assuming they are out of business now based on how terrible their quality and service is.

Went out of our way to purchase an overpriced MrBeast Burger meal for the sheer novelty of it. This review is as factual as we could make it ….we focused on what we were told on the Mr Beast Hamburger app that we were going to receive - VS - what we actually received from Ghost Kitchens, Browns Line Etobicoke. BEAST STYLE BURGER - supposedly with smashed crispy beef patty with house seasoning, sharp American cheese, pickles, diced white onion, mayo, ketchup, and brown mustard on a soft roll with extra lettuce and bacon options ….HOW IT ARRIVED…..see photo - regular beef patty, not crispy, no different seasoning other than salt - with processed cheese, not sharp American cheese - yellow processed mustard instead of brown mustard - chopped up romaine salad lettuce bits instead of hamburger lettuce. BEAST STYLE FRIES - supposedly loaded with caramalized onions, American cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard with extra seasoning (spicy red pepper, garlic, paprika, sugar, and a hint of lime) option …HOW IT ARRIVED ….see photo - very dark, oil-saturated crinkle fries - salted but no extra seasoning, although paid premium for it - absolutely no toppings. NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN TENDER SANDWICH Nashville with spicy chicken tender, mayo, ketchup, shredded lettuce and pickles …HOW IT ARRIVED…see photo — plain unspiced chicken tender - no ketchup - romaine salad lettuce core chunks instead of shredded lettuce. What’s the point of paying almost $50??? The colourful Mr Beast burger box? Just one box as the other was wrapped in tinfoil! Good grief! Clearly this is a money generator and there doesn’t look to be any Mr Beast oversight or quality control. There doesn’t seem to be a feedback loop on the MrBeast hamburger app which goes to permit the “Wild West” of ghost kitchens, perhaps. Canadians can’t even get the free Mr Beast t-shirt with orders over $30 Wish our experience could have been different. Save your money, as the meal wasn’t a Mr Beast Hamburger experience. The only thing Mr Beast related was a colourful box.
