We had sturgeon fix all 4 walls of our house due to some serious foundation cracks. They did a great job, showed up when they said and finished on schedule. The crew was nice and professional the yard was put back the way they found it and the basment has been bone dry since.

HUGE disappointment. We had a crack in the corner of our foundation. Sturgeon came to quote on it along with other foundation repair companies. They had the highest quote, but we thought that would mean great service and quality. Not the case at all. Some of the worst service we've ever experienced, and added a lot of unnecessary stress to our situation. Quote was done beginning of August and they told us since it was a smaller job they could get it done by the beginning of September. As September rolled around we heard nothing from them. Then we follow up and they tell us it will probably be beginning of October. Then October rolls around and we hear nothing. We follow up again and it sounds as though they never even scheduled us in to begin with. So they tell us mid October and they will keep us posted. Surprise, no updates from them as we get to the end of October. So we call and they tell us next week Thursday. I stay at home from work that day to wait for them. When I call them in the early afternoon for an update, they tell me that in fact there was no way they could have gotten to our repair at all today and they weren't sure why we were given this info to begin with. He tells me he'll find out what happened and get back to me right away. Nope, I don't hear a thing from anyone at Sturgeon. Then I call the next day and they tell me it's scheduled for a week later. I ask them to make certain they keep us posted this time and they assure me they will update us. Well not only did they not update us, but I follow up at the end of that week and they've bumped us yet another week. That's when we had enough and decided not to use them at all. We had been more than patient, but having our repair bumped as many times as we have, with no communication and then having contradictory info being given to us is ridiculous and a huge waste of time. Honestly don't know how a company with such terrible customer service can still operate.

Although there was initially a problem with the scheduling of the job, everything else was great. Len Ritchot was very professional and so were the workers. They did our basement foundation and there was no more leaking even after the heavy rain. They did a wonderful job. If you need to verify some information, please do raise them directly to the specialist.

Called them out for an estimate on a crack in our foundation. They came out right away, but then we never received a quote on paper. We called and emailed about 6 times over a month period, they finally called us back, gave us a date for the job to start. The crew never showed up. We called them, they said the crew would be there the next day. We got stood up again. We tried to call them back and couldn't get in touch. They never made any effort to let us know they were delayed or late. Completely unprofessional. Glad it wasn't an emergency.

We hired Sturgeon in 2016 to fix our basement - two walls. The price was reasonable (half price of 'the other guy') and they began work within three weeks. They sent a large team and they worked very hard. All of our questions were answered from the beginning to the end. So far, so good. Money well spent.

Sturgeon replaced the weeping tiles on two of our walls. During the estimation process they listened and explained what was causing the issues with my house. They were great when the work was going on, and I am really happy with the results. I would use them again without hesitation.

Bought a home that had had waterproofing done on it by Sturgeon. Got a leak this spring and checked the bill. There was just a rough sketch with no details on it, so I contacted them to get info on what was done and if this new leak was covered under warranty. The only response I got was "sorry, we don't keep records; that's the homeowner's job". I wouldn't use this company, but if you do, take pictures of EVERYTHING so that at least someone keeps track of what work is done.

Scheduled an appointment for a estimate for foundation work 12 days in advance. They were the only company (out of 6) that provided a time window (9:00am-noon) instead of a set time, but that was okay. Organized my work schedule to be home that morning for the estimator, but day of the appointment, no one from Sturgeon ever showed up. No contact from the company about why or asking to reschedule. Called the office at 12:30pm and just got the voicemail. Never received an e-mail or call back.
