★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in, she was expecting an appointment so she was rushed. It was dark in there so I didn't notice until I got home that the haircut she gave me was very uneven and sloppy .I do a better job of it myself at home .

She never rushes through the appointment and takes extra care in ensuring the best job possible is done. Highly recommend to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Studio 31 recently in search of grey blending, fresh colour, and a new cut. Honestly this hairdresser exceeded all my hopes and I am so happy with my hair. It is super natural looking while letting my grey show, in a really pretty way. She took her time, very attentive and gentle at all times, so skilled at colour and cutting. One of my best hair experiences, ever! Totally recommend.
