Absolutely ridiculous, I have been trying to get a hold of someone from STOPR since August. No one answers the phone this is disgusting. I love 5km from the school my daughter attends and need her registered for bus since the website can’t retrieve her OEN number. I’m fuming this company needs new customer service workers and management I have worked in customer service before and know how people should be treated and this is not it. I wish I could have give. You zero stars

Waited 45 minutes on the phone and still no answer. Tried calling the other number as well and it did not work. Reading other reviews this place does not pick up their phone call and is very disorganized. Many people are trying to figure out their own riding situation but are stuck wondering since this company does not care to pick up calls whatsoever. Either they should go out of business, get a new management or replaced entirely. Maybe i should contact the city of Mississauga and see if they can do anything about this company and investigate.

DANGEROUS AND TERRIBLE DRIVERS! Almost got run over today after a driver with kids in the bus did not stop at a 4 way stop sign. They should be sued, seems like they do not train or hire qualified drivers. Customer service is absolute garbage, they do not care about people or customers and they refuse to pick up calls. Please stay away from this company as it is not safe.

i am really disappointed about this bus company because my bus is the ceo of being late and everyday, no one at the school tells a specific route that their bus is late and they made me check my phone for a delayed bus and the drivers always lose focus because of those annoying levels of chaos by students.

Wish I can give them a zero star. I am trying to call them from last 3 days. Its always waiting and saying your call is in priority sequence. They put the stop for my child which is so far from my house, I wanted to make the change but no body picks up the phone. Moreover they didn't mention the exact stop. As first day of school so many students miss their bus. Because there was no update that the buses are running late or whatever. Very poor service

STOPR HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO, OR REGARD FOR ITS YOUNG PASSENGERS!!! My children have consistently been waiting for the bus in the cold, and rain for 1 hour for two weeks now! They send emails indicating the bus is 10minutes delayed and AFTER factoring the delay we’ve been waiting an hour with no further updates from STOPR. They have a number you can call which conveniently redirects you to the website!! They have made an art form of avoiding dealing with upset passengers! It is UNSAFE for such young children to be waiting at a bus stop with cars going by at 80 to 100 km for over an hour, and unconscionable to make them wait in such FRIGID weather for SO LONG! If STOPR intends to continue in the business of transporting such a vulnerable demographic they need a much higher standard of efficiency and professionalism.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Absolutely disappointed in this company. Everyday they are late. And I’m not talking 5 minutes late. Morning bud always late be 20 minutes and the after school bus always late by 25-30 minutes. The after school bus driver is so rude.

The office is always friendly and helpful when I call about bus updates. More importantly, my kids have always made it home safe - that's worth 5 stars to me. Regarding all the 1* reviews: I'm often half an hour late with two kids, can't imagine trying to move 100s safely. If buses are late there is probably a good reason. How about calling the office? The staff are courteous and prompt to offer an explanation.
