★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many chiros over the years, some were ok - others horrible. I have stenosis in my neck and on our first visit, Dr. Long asked me to go for Xrays so she can see up to date info before proceeding. I applaud this type of process because some conditions need a different approach. I had another chrio who cracked my cervical without xray or anything then told me come back in 2 days (before holiday break) and cracked me again. I had never been in so much pain! I ended up having emergency MRI done which showed the stenosis. Had that chiro asked for diagnostics he would not have done what he did.
Dr. Long took time to analyze, uses a more gentle (but effective) approach to re adjusting. She did not touch my neck, pending Xray results, but did identify and treat other areas of my spine which helped quite a bit! She also took time to explain how certain areas out of balance related to certain health concerns. Look forward to neck visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with my results from the adjustments. I felt like dr Natalie knew what hurt before I even had to tell her. Had a lot less back pain in my pregnancy than I was expecting. Was fit into the schedule on short notice on occasion and really appreciate that! Warm, welcoming atmosphere. Great set up to bring your kids as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was one of those people who feared chiropractic medicine. I will admit I was extremely nervous at my first few appointments as I was feeling a bit worse than better after adjustments. HOWEVER..one day I woke up WITHOUT a headache. As time went on (I started at 3 adjustments/week) I started to look forward to my visits. Dr. Natalie Long did some amazing work on my neck. My final appointment was today with no headaches, full neck rotation and with knowledge that I can return any time and feel confident. Peaceful environment, very caring Doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the welcome I get when I walk into Structural Chiropractic. Toby is so sweet and Dr Natalie is so friendly and kind. They’re both awesome with my children. I go to Dean who takes a pressure release approach to massage therapy. It is very effective!
The whole team is very knowledgeable and great at what they do!

Dr. Natalie takes the time to discuss the needs of your body and tips for improving your health continuously. Highly recommend Marlene for massage-her fingers are magical in a hurts so good way. Overall, love the approach to preventative Chiropractic care. Its a great fit for myself and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmen has treated me so well. Her massage skills are amazing. She is so friendly and helpful. She took the time to show me some great exercises and things that I can do at home. The atmosphere of the clinic is wonderful and modern. I have never seen such incredible design in a clinic. The receptionist is the friendliest person I have ever met.
Dr. Natalie’s approach to chiropractic is so smart and scientific; it’s no wonder so many of my friends referred me to her.
