HORRIBLE service, limo broke down twice, they completed the trip using a van. The limo driver drove very recklessly and over 135kmh on the highway. Limo driver also refused to stop when we asked him to, we had to call the police to get him to stop. Yes this companies prices are slightly cheaper then others BUT its not worth saving a couple bucks if it ruins your trip. Limo's are poorly maintained, the driver had to stop to pour cool water over the engine bay. it was also poorly cleaned. If anyone would like a copy of the police report or videos we took of the driver don't hesitate to ask. We rented a stretch limo for my wedding. Had an amzing experience overall. The driver was well dressed and very proffesional, and also the limo was clean, fairly new and had cool lights. Thank you very much for everything best limo ;)

I had to give a one star because there is no option for 0 star. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT BOOK THEM. I made a reservation for two hours for June 17, 2017 to have a limo pick up a bridal party at 10 am in the morning and be dropped off by 12 noon at the church. The time when the church wedding would start. I specifically made it clear to them that the limo would have to be in Newmarket by 10 a at the Grooms house as it would take a least an hour drive to the church. I confirmed with them 2 times, even the day before the wedding and each time they told me, not a problem. Well on June 17th, at 10 am no one showed up. When the Groom called them, he was told by the driver that he was on his way and would be there only at 11:30 am, to basically take it or leave it. I am beyond disgusted, that the lack of respect for the Groom on his day, knowing full well it was extremely important to have him at the church on time, was brushed off as "you will get there when I say so".... How dare you! Luckily we were able to find a much more respectful limo company who went out of their way to provide us a limo and did indeed get the groom to the church on time. This company should be ashamed of themselves! I know I am for them. Absolutely disgusting service!!

Definitely recommend Stretch Limo Toronto . After searching through several options, this company was the only one truly interested in gaining a new customer. The other companies were inattentive, weren't available to meet, etc. When we reached out to Stretch Limo, their response time is prompt, they answer the phone, then get you answers. They gave us a tour of their fleet, gave us very reasonable and competitive prices and assured us that we would be taken care of on our wedding day.

Over the weekend, I had used their limo service for my wedding. I had ordered a limo my my bridal party of 10 to transport us from my home in Scarborough to Main Street Unionville for wedding pictures. Then from Main Street to our venue in Vaughn. And finally late pick up from our venue back to home at 1 am. First off, let's talk about price. I called at least 10 other limo service and no other company was able to give me the same price. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. Most company's quoted me 600 to 700 dollars before tax while the quote I got here was 495. With tax and tips it came up to 633. No champagne or red carpet service but had bottles of ice cold water in the back. Word of caution, when you place a reservation, a deposit is collected. Be cautious here because their policy is on booking, you will be subjected to a 30% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to the day of, they'll charge you full price. One thing they could do to avoid any confusion is to let you know the details of this prior to booking. Nevertheless, you aren't charged until the day of when you meet the driver. If the driver is late, or your unhappy with the condition of the vehicle, you may refuse to accept the ride and they won't charge you anything. When you do pay, they accept credit card, cash, debit. When I had booked this reservation, I had overlooked the reviews on here and so in the beginning, I was a bit concerned with the driver being late or if there would be some other sort of broken agreements. Just to be sure, I gave a call and spoke with Joe whose a manager or perhaps the owner to talk to him about these concerning reviews. After speaking with him, I feel that this company has probably been misunderstood in some of these 'horror' cases, but not to say they probably didn't have any responsibility for these other customers' experiences. In the end, our trip with this company was great. At pickup, I paid using credit card. For our ride during the day, we got a free upgrade from a 10 passenger limo to a 20 passenger Hummer limo. Our driver, Carlos was friendly and funny. Carlos had also arrived ahead of the pick up time and I even got a call prior to him arriving. One thing that could make this trip even more enjoyable would be stronger AC. There was AC but the air flow was not consistently throughout this particular vehicle. During pickup, our driver, Michael was also friendly and punctual. He called ahead of time, he arrived early and he even waited for us for 30 minutes after our agreed upon pick up time. The limo for this leg of the trip was a 10 passenger stretch limo. It picked us up, dropped us off as agreed. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. All in all, I am very happy with the service rendered. They went above what was agreed upon by coming early, even calling us to let us know when they're on their way and they waited for us as we were late for the pick up. As I had mentioned before, I feel they may have been misunderstood in their previous dealings. Understand that these drivers have multiple trips throughout the day and so just as it is important for them to be punctual, you got to be reasonably punctual also. 5 stars for a great price, being early, calling ahead, waiting us on albeit us being a bit late and friendly service. Only thing I would suggest for this company is to tell your customers about your cancellation policy upfront. It wouldn't catch people off guard when they get the email invoice. Thank you for your service. If I had another event needing a limo, I would return here.
