★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are new to West Kelowna and we needed an optometrist as we both wear glasses. We chose Strawn & Co. Because they are located close to our new home. We are very glad we did. Their staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zhang is very professional and thorough. She explained everything we needed to know about our eye care with great detail. We highly recommend Strawn & Co. They will be our optometrist’s for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Strawn & Co. recommended by other parents after a poor experience at another West Kelowna Optometrist. They were amazing, took care of my daughter and got her a prescription that allowed her to be able to read without headaches and see the board again at school.
Great staff who went out of their way to ensure a great experience at every step of the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff were professional and quick to answer my questions. Dr. Kilkus was complimentary in her exam and also had time for my questions. I was most impressed that she said my cataract surgery was successful, and she could give me the option of no more prescription glasses, for now, and so save me money. I got out my old reading glasses and they work fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently I had my annual eye exam at Strawn & Co. Which is always a pleasant experience.
The friendly staff start off by doing tests with equipment of the latest technology.
Dr. Strawn does a thorough exam, taking the time to explain any questions you may have.
Strawn & Co. Provide excellent eye care and I would highly recommend Dr. Strawn and her team. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal experience! Was my first time getting an eye exam and glasses and the staff were completely helpful. I was examined by Stephanie and Dr. Karli Kilkus, both made me feel at completely at ease and completely LGBT friendly. Very encouraging and clearly both have great client relations.
Then in the show room the 2 girls that helped me on the floor looking for glasses made great suggestions and were very helpful about pulling more styles for me (ended up choosing a pair they chose!).
After all that it’s a woman owned and operated business which I was very happy to support. All around 10/10.
If you’re looking for a great place to get optometry, let this review push you to go here. You won’t be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Strawn who has been my optometrist for many years. Her equipment is State of the Art. Her examinations relaxed and efficient with time always given to help in understanding the results.
Would also like to add how much I appreciate the Opticians especially Sandy who always goes above and beyond and a wonderful help to me in choosing a frame from their very large selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment to get my eyes looked at and they got me in super quickly. Once I arrived they were extremely friendly and welcoming, plus I barely waited 10 minutes to see someone. When it came time to pick out glasses the woman who helped me was super honest about what glasses looked good on me and which ones didn't (which i am so thankful for). I've never worn glasses before so this whole experience was brand new to me, and I am so happy I chose to come here! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strawn and Co. Optometry always gives me exceptional service. I have only had glasses for a few years now and they have transitioned me with no issues and great care. Dr. Strawn and Dr. Kilkus both have taken the time to explain all that is happening and what your best choices are going forward. The support staff are all very pleasant to deal with and eager to help. I am moving into contact lenses and was impressed with the procedure for training and trials with different brands, looking forward to getting fitted up.
