We very much enjoyed the wine pairings & the ‘Black Swan’ was inspired! There was barely enough room for the full enjoyment of the beets & chocolate, but where there is a will there is a way! Thank you for a memorable meal.

Chef Eli is very hands on and always open to answering questions or helping if your stuck on what you should do first/next. The class was small in size and had a very friendly atmosphere, which led to a lot of great conversations. The tips sprinkled throughout the course were also very helpful from everything on herbs and replacements, to how to cut/chop ingredients, and best ways to cook things. It was fun and I would do it again any time.

He is clear and speaks loud however he is very patient and helps at every stage - everyone is made to feel comfortable even though it is a new experience in this type of kitchen for most of us! I think Eli makes this class more enjoyable than it is because he is excited about cooking and wants to help us learn! Awesome experience! Totally recommend this to anyone wanting to explore cooking!
