After hiring an electrician for further investigation he stated the home inspector was wrong we had to re submit inspection to insurance company. We also called in a contractor who found more meaningful issues we needed to address the home inspector did not.

Not only did he juggle his personal schedule to fit me in right before he went on holidays, he also offered extensive advice and shared his knowledge of home construction and additional problem areas that I could face down the road. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andy checks all the boxes. Not only was he able to fit in our inspection in our short timeline, he is friendly, well-priced, meticulous and communicative.
He is up to date on everything he needs to be and was able to identify a potentially faulty in-floor heating delivery system in the house we were purchasing, which saved us a huge headache and a few thousand dollars. His inspection reports are thorough and actionable enough to be used as your checklist for addressing issues in your new house.
10/10 will use him for any of our future purchases.
