★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie did a great job with my hair but basically scammed me. I am young and I get intimidated easily so they took advantage of that. I went in to fix the color of my hair and as she was feeling up my hair, she gave me a price range of 160-170 which was great. She then added an extra $20 because my hair was thicker than she thought, which I didn't think was fair since she had already felt the thickness before she started, and then charged me an extra $30 for blowing which should normally be included in the price of the colouring. Finally, when I tried to argue the price at the end (which ended up being $300 with tip), she tried convincing me that at the beginning, she warned me the price was going to be between 180-200, which was incorrect. An overall pleasant experience hair-wise but very upset over the price deception. Will not be a customer again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experience everytime I go here. Stephanie usually does my hair and her blow outs are perfection every time!! Joan also does wonderful blow outs and makes my usually very frizzy hair feel silky and smooth! Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Mississauga area!

The quality of service for colouring, style and cut, fantastic! In need of a good manicure and other aesthetic services, book your appointment and become a regular like me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was so much hair left all around my brows, the middle was crooked and wax was left on three parts of my face. I was told she doesn’t wax the top of the brow, I asked for it to be done anyways and it barely was. My brows look worse than they were to begin with and I have an important function this weekend. Please don’t offer a service if you can’t do it.
