The staff in the model homes, decor staff and head builder is great. The customer service department who emails back and forth is disgusting, they would rather email back and forth not resolving anything than seeking out an option or alternative or solution. They are also in Toronto, no where near the home build, but yet telling me the status or function of something I have physically seen is good enough when clearly they have not. Ughhh anyway, I pray to god this house is what we thought we were building. Sheesh. The customer service department can completely revamp their office.

The finishes are of a lower grade. If you want better be prepared to upgrade everything and pay a premium. Or do as a neighbour did down the street, take the house as is and pay for aftermarket upgrades. In this development there are two builders. Tribute homes appear to provide nicer finishes and better looking homes. They even receive a tree and basic landscaping! Don’t expect that from this builder! Let’s talk after care once you have received your home. Our home has a damaged front door. They leak air. It ‘s like a windstorm is leaking into our home. The shingles on our roof were damaged when the bricklayer was installing the scaffolding on the house beside us. The toilet “rocks” in our master bathroom when you use it. Missing hardware on the basement window. The list goes on and on. We have purchased many pre owned houses in our lifetime. This will be the last time we buy new! Buyer be aware!

As soon as we walked in we were met with hostility as we brought our realtor with us to provide support. The sales team was not prepared at all and were super pushy. They had base prices for the homes they're selling but couldn't couldn't tell us a single thing about what any upgrades would cost. Tried to push us to purchase a home before we knew what anything would cost. Felt like a shady used car dealer. Wasn't hard to pass on their homes. If this is customer service and knowledge base, I'm not sure I want to find out what the product is like.
