★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Sunday Feb 6th 2022 my daughter and I went into the location on Royal Windsor Drive, Mississauga and as soon as we entered the office we were greeted by a customer service representative Amanda and she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome.
I asked Amanda a lot of questions about the pricing and various units available and she was so friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions.
We will be booking a unit once we have confirmed dates and we are really hoping that there is a promotion at the time of booking.
I would absolutely recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storwell was the only positive experience of my two-day moving nightmare. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. When I ran out of space in the unit I had rented they were able to provide me with a deal on the secondary unit. The movers? Different story!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time renting a storage locker and so glad we picked Storwll. We used the locker for storage of home furniture and moving boxes during a home selling process. From day one, the staff were extremely helpful, patient and kind. We chose this location as it provided easy access to the unit (drive the car right up to load and unload). Absolutely recommend Storwell for storage solutions.

In the end ended up contacting Storwell and Manda was transparent and more than willing to accomodate my needs. Set up a time and everything looked straight forward, clean cut and easy to do, jumped at the chance to sign up. Highly recommend if you’re sprawling for a place because the versatility that they offer makes this place a one stop shop. Highly impressed and appreciative of the help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second time using a storage facility, and our first using Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga location).
What sets Storwell apart is the fact that they have polite, considerate, and patient personnel, who are there to assist with any questions that might arise throughout the booking process (and thereafter).
Manda (at the front desk), took the time to show us a few storage units that might fit our needs. She then found us a larger storage unit at a moment's notice when it became apparent that we had underestimated the size required. Manda did all of this with unwavering patience and consideration.
Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga) genuinely cares about their customers. We received a phone call one afternoon informing us that we had not securely locked our unit (a potentially devastating oversight on our part). The personnel at Storwell had taken the time to ensure that we were informed of the situation, and let us know that everything was kept safe and secure until we came (back) to secure the lock properly.
The staff at Storwell Self Storage consistently go above-and-beyond to see that all customers are pleased with their service.
Gabriela (at the front desk), was also very pleasant to deal with when there were some last minute changes to our storage rental unit plans. She was friendly and accommodating while patiently responding to all of our questions.
We would *highly* recommend Storwell Self Storage (Mississauga) to anyone looking for a safe and reputable storage facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, this is a much bigger facility than you imagine when you see it from the road. They have hundreds of units. And all the units are ground floor garage door accessible. This was important to me because I didn't want to haul items onto an elevator and up 4 floors. The staff have been incredibly helpful and super friendly. The unit I rented was spotless. They clearly take pride in offering a first class storage experience.
