★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the most cleanest of buildings. Always clutter in the back entrance with bikes. Door handles have black gunk on the back side of them. Always smells of cigarette smoke in main lobby due to someone smoking in the garbage room. Carpet stinks when wet from the rain. Not maintained well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ by far, the worst excuse for senior living I have EVER witnessed..im going to the press with what I can only say was "shocking " living conditions..absolutely abhorrent..no person should be living in that kind of squalor let alone pay over $1000 a month!!! disgraceful living conditions! I'm going to expose this to the media!!! I'm still sick to my stomach after seeing what a 77 yr old was living in!!!! Aon owners should be in JAIL!!
