β β β β β I rented a storage locker for the first time and I could not be more happy and satisfied with my experience at Storguard. Firstly, I must say that Garry is the best at providing great customer service. He is easy to talk to, kind, helpful, caring, friendly, polite, personable, and very professional. The location is convenient, the facility is modern and huge, there are so many lockers, and the space is clean and spacious. It was a bit pricey for me, though. All in all, it was what I needed at the time and I was actually sad to go. Thank you so much, Garry for all your help! I appreciate it!

β β β β β We have recently got a storage unit(at the Burnaby location). It was my first time actually for having a storage unit. Garry helped me to go through the lease agreement and all the steps. The unit was clean and decent. I do recommend this place!

β β β β β Had a storage unit at Storguard Burnaby for 3 years. Excellent facility, very clean, all of my possessions were kept in great condition, and the loading bay was as easy as could be (and covered for rain). Garry was always very responsive and helpful. Top notch customer service.

β β β β β I booked a storage unit while i had to leave the city for a couple of months, Garry took me through a process that was pretty quick, the place was spic and span, had the peace of leaving my belongings at a safe place. Garry is professional and advises you the best as per your need.

β β β β β Storguard is an incredibly well-run facility. Not only is it safe, the people who run it (and with my personal experience, Garry in particular) are next level awesome. I have felt cared for, and in a world where customer service of such expertise is hard to find anymore, they've got it. Garry is a lovely human and I am extremely thankful for his help and definitely would not call anyone else before Storguard Burnaby should I need storage again. Those are my two cents. :)

β β β β β Gary who I believe is the manager of the facility is absolutely fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and professional. Always goes above and beyond to assist with questions or help me get a dolly. This facility is also secure and clean even the washrooms are tidy. Highly recommend to anyone who needs storage.
