It was through this experience that she witnessed the direct correlation between a Company’s success rate and its employee-employer relations, as people are genuinely the most valuable asset a business has. As an HR administrator, Katarina works hard to ensure she provides the support and resources necessary to guide clients in achieving their goals.
Katarina possesses a B. Comm in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University. She chose to pursue HR because she understands the importance of being able to guide clients to new levels of leadership while prioritizing a healthy workplace culture.
